Now Hiring - Medical Spa Director/Sales Manager in Hallandale Beach, FL

We are the best medical SPA clinic in South Florida and our main goal is to provide affordable and effective SPA services such as laser hair removal, hydra facial and tattoo laser removal. At our company we treat both customers and our employees like VIPs.

At this moment we are looking for an experienced, committed, responsible and hard working person to join our beautiful team. We are in need of a person who has experience in working with network medical SPAs (such as laser away, ideal image, etc) and knows exactly how to consult customers on laser treatments and how to promote the treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure that the team is reaching sales goal
• Perform all sales consultations and educate clients on medical spa treatments
• Promote and sell treatment packages
• Working with payrolls
• Directing team members on the tasks what are in priority
• Schedule clients (if needed)
• Training new employees (if needed)

Qualifications:

The main qualification would be experience in network medical SPAs that provide laser treatments

• High school diploma. Bachelor's degree preffered
• Experience with medical spa services
• Experience with customer service
• Present interest in the aethetics industry, especially laser hair removal
• Intermediate computer skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
